Bangkok--18 Apr--Best Western International Best Western International - The World’s Largest Hotel Chain - has continued its rapid expansion in the Philippines with the launch of a hotel on the tropical island of Mactan, just off the coast of Cebu. BEST WESTERN Cebu Sand Bar Resort will become the seventh Best Western hotel in the Philippines, and boosts its nationwide inventory to more than 640 rooms.
