Dusit Thani Bangkok’s award-winning restaurant Hamilton’s Steak House today revealed news of a sensational new menu shining the spotlight on the seasonal White Asparagus imported from Europe. Nicknamed “White Gold”, this variety of asparagus is a seasonal delight with a more tender texture and sweeter flavour than its green counterpart.
The freshly imported white asparagus will grace Hamilton’s Steak House from 3rd — 31th May 2013. A special limited time menu will be available during this period, including dishes such as Cream of White Asparagus Soup; White Asparagus Salad and Smoked Salmon; Fricassee of White Asparagus and Maine Lobster; and Grilled White Asparagus and Beef Tenderloin. Dishes start from just THB 300++.
