Klaus Sennik, a German national with more than 40 years hospitality experience was recently appointed the General Manager of Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside Bangkok, having held the Hotel Manager’s position for 2 years with the same hotel.
Before his stint with Ramada Plaza, Mr. Sennik has worked extensively in many parts of the world and with many international hotel chains.
In his new capacity, Mr. Sennik will manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel as well as work closely with the hotel’s owners to oversee the gradual refurbishment and upgrading of the hotel.
Mr. Sennik’s vision for the hotel is to see it reach its potential as comparative to other premium class hotels in Bangkok; with emphasis on staff training and service excellence.
