The month of May 2013 is a month of succulent lamb at Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant on the 37th floor of Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. Throughout the entire month guests are invited to enjoy the highest quality lamb imported from Western Australia and specially prepared by marvellously talented Chef Sylvain Royer.
The mouthwatering menu will include everything a lamb lover’s heart desires, such as traditional and delicious HAM OF LAMB, right off the bone; an irresistible LAMB SHOULDER CONFIT; the essential GRILLED LAMB CHOPS; the eminently toothsome LAMB SPARE RIBS; perfectly palate fitting LAMB SADDLE; and the ideal comfort food, a savoury LAMB STEW (Long cooked lamb stew with spring vegetables).
The lamb is imported through WAMMCO, the highly respected brand for sourcing prime free range animals from Western Australia. This excellent lamb is milk, grass and grain fed and selected for some of the highest quality meat in the world.
