Bangkok--8 May--Best Western International
Best Western International — the World’s Largest Hotel Chain? — will underpin its rapid expansion in the Middle East by appearing at the region's largest travel trade show, the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2013.
The Middle East is a key area of expansion for Best Western International. Only last year the company launched its first hotels in Oman, Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and it is expected to debut in Iraq by 2014. Currently there are eight Best Western properties in the Middle East region, but with further 16 hotels in the pipeline the company's Middle East presence will triple in the next few years.
So having a brand presence at ATM 2013 is a vital step in further establishing Best Western's brand presence in the Middle East region.
“The Arabian Travel Market is the region’s biggest travel trade show and we are delighted to take part once again this year,” said Glenn de Souza, Best Western’s Vice President International Operations — Asia & the Middle East.
“Such is our rapid growth in the Middle East, this event provides a tremendous opportunity to meet with our local trade partners. It also generates a huge amount of interest in our portfolio of hotels. The attendance of so many high quality buyers allows Best Western to showcase our products and services to the Middle East region, and the world,” Mr. de Souza added.
Taking place at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Center (DICEC) from May 6-9, this year's ATM is expected to attract more than 17,000 visitors.
Now in its 20th year, the event is organized by Reed Travel Exhibitions.
