Mr. Jolivet will fly in from France in person to present a selection of his award-winning wines imaginatively paired with a special five-course gourmet dinner created by the restaurant’s passionate culinary team led by master chef Daniel Bucher. A definitive experience awaits wine enthusiasts as the wine dinner will introduce a selection of rare light wines brewed using only the natural yeast of the grape. To accompany such outstanding wines, Chef Daniel has created an original five-course menu of dishes with a concept of playing on the delicacy of flavour of each of the selected labels with a correspondingly sensitive touch of their own.
