First cultivated by the ancient Greeks thousands of years ago, Asparagus is one of Earth’s versatile vegetables as it has been used from early times as a vegetable and medicine, owing to its delicate flavour and diuretic properties. White Asparagus is considered to be slightly milder in flavor and a bit more tender than Green Asparagus and available year-round with spring being the best season for fresh Asparagus and crops are harvested from late February to June.

Chef Anchalee has created simple yet delicious dishes all guaranteed to provide a delectable seasonal interlude to the usual menu on offer.
