Bangkok--17 May--Fourpoint by Sheraton Hotel
Introducing North-Eastern Thai dishes to this chic alfresco dining venue, Sukhumvit is now hotter than ever.
The North-Eastern Thai or Isan cuisine is well-known for its hot but very healthy characteristic. Our Chef, Ponchai Butipunka, is an advocate of the Isan cuisine culture, proudly brought from his North-Eastern origin in Yasotorn. His food walks a line between authenticity and classic flavours and prepared from the heart. For starters, his “Papaya Pok Pok” somtam seafood — the green papaya salad — balances the mix of spiciness, tang, sweetness and saltiness that makes it such a favorite. The rest of the menu is carefully picked, all at the special price of just 250 baht net;
Gai Tod - golden fried chicken, served with Isan style dips.
Laab - spicy Isan salad with your choice of meat. The lime juice and mint leaves make an exotic and splendid combination.
Isan Sausage — lightly fried, this sour sausage is different from the rest of sausages you have ever had. Pair it with ginger, peanuts, shallot, or fresh bird chillies.
Kor Moo Yang — grilled marinated pork neck, try it with cucumber, long bean and Isan chilli dipping sauce.
Nam Tok Pla - fried fish in spicy Isan dressing sauce and ground rice powder, chopped shallot, sawtooth parsley, kaffir-lime leave, and dried chilli.
Enjoy the Isan taste now from June 2013. For reservations call 023093201 or visit www.facebook.com/amBarBangkok for the latest update and specials.
