The World & Ginger Restaurants at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld have a new theme every Friday with the Mediterranean dinner buffet, a series of tasty and healthy menus from the Greek Islands to the Amalfi Coast and on to the Spanish grasslands. The price is only THB 1,490++ per person, including a free flow of Umbria Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon from Italy. The buffet is available every Friday night from 18.00 — 22.30 hrs from now until 30 June 2013.
The Tastes of the Mediterranean dinner buffet offers fresh seafood, tasty grilled meats and a spit roast lamb with seasonal vegetable dishes. The cold recipes include bruschetta antipasto, the thick puree from Greece known as skordalia, and dolmades, stuffed vine leaves. The hot kitchen serves shrimp kebab, dawood basha (meatballs with tomato sauce), kibbeh (fried croquette stuffed with mince meat), shish taouk (spiced chicken kebabs with garlic yogurt sauce) and more. Add to your dinner with the wide selection from the international buffet, including seafood, teppanyaki, sushi, dim sum, and a dessert station, all with an unlimited free flow of Umbria Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon from Italy.
