Start with the selection of starters between Pan Seared Alaskan Scallops served with lightly cauliflower-wasabi mousseline and Cream of Miso and Foie Gras Soup with a touch of White Truffles. Followed by a Main course selection of Roasted Rack of Lamb served with seasonal vegetables and olive oil sauce and for healthy concerned you may choose Pan Seared Mediterranean Sea Bass Fillet filled with aromatic vegetables and bisque of crayfish. End your special set menu with a selection of desserts with Lavender Cr?me Brulee or Eugenia’s Chocolate Mousse.
The Dinner Set Menu is priced at Baht 1,270 per adult (not include drinks, subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax), and available daily for dinner from 18.30 — 22.30 hrs from now until July 31, 2013.
