The Friends & Family Japanese Medley is available from 1st — 30th June 2013 between 6:00 pm and 10:30 pm for tables of four guests or more, and comprises three delicious courses with drinks for just THB 1,450++ per person.
The Friends & Family Japanese Medley begins with a selection of hand crafted sushi, served with soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger and onion soup. A mixed teppanyaki platter follows that is designed to please every age and palate, and comes with a sizzling theatrical culinary show performed by our talented chefs. This main course medley of perfectly cooked snow fish, Japanese pork, Australian beef tenderloin, white sea prawns, Hoakkaido scallops and Canadian Lobster is served with fried rice and vegetables to create a well rounded meal for all. A traditional Japanese dessert of tempura ice cream offers a wonderful sweet finale.
This tasty culinary tour of Japan’s most popular dishes and delicacies is accompanied by one carafe of Taru sake and one carafe of Asahi beer, in addition to free flowing soft drinks and juice for children.
