Thai wine makers are establishing a reputation for themselves, their productions being particularly suited to balance the spiciness of Thai cuisine and during 21-28 June, you will be able to sample some of Thailand’s most outstanding wines from “Siam Winery” vineyard paired with authentic Thai cuisine “Fried Spiced Chicken with Herbs and Salt, Spicy Salmon Salad, Spicy Soup Beef Ribs and Tiger Prawn Saffron Curry, end with the Tradition Thai desserts” from our signature restaurant, Saffron.
