Designed to showcase the talents of the restaurant’s passionate Italian Chef Michele Laiso, this gourmet dining experience invites guests to make endless selections from a mouthwatering array of authentic and innovative creations, for just THB 399++ per person.
The Italian culinary journey commences with a fresh salad bar of traditional antipasti and Caesar salad, as well as an assortment of crisp lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion rings and dressings for guests to make their own creations. Moving onto the extensive main course choice, freshly prepared pasta dishes feature classic sauces made from the finest ingredients, including rich and meaty bolognese, creamy carbonara, herb infused pesto and a delicious mushroom recipe. A wide variety of pizza creations are crisped to perfection in the hand built wood fired oven, and comprise favourite Italian toppings in addition to Thai style pizzas, such as green curry seafood and tomato mozzarella with stir fried mince chicken and hot basil. The never ending temptations continue with decadent desserts and refreshing sorbets.
