Recently at CH. Karnchang Head Office, Mr. Plew Trivisvavet, President and Chief Executive Officer of CH. Karnchang Pcl., Mr. Predee Daochai, President of KASIKORNBANK, and Mr. Vipoota Trakulhoon, Senior Executive Vice President of Krung Thai Bank, celebrated issuance of CH. Karnchang’s No. 1/2013 debentures which are unsubordinated and unsecured, with debenture holders’ representative. The 4-billion-Baht debentures of five-year-and-nine-month tenor with interest at 5 percent per annum were rapidly subscribed by general and institutional investors.
