Not to be missed highlights of the day include Bouillabaisse Fish Filet and Seafood served with Rouille and Crouton ; various mussels, clams and King Crab on ice; and a carving station offering Whole Sea Bass Roasted with Sea Salt Virgin Sauce. Make the rounds of Trio Tartar, Beef, Salmon and Langoustine, all fresh and a la minute, as many times as you want to, and don’t forget the traditional and tasty Frog Legs with Garlic, Parsley and Butter Sauce.
