From now until 14th July, celebrate the best of French culinary traditions at our renowned all day dining venue, Voil?!, Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit.
Executive Sous Chef Jeremy will enhance the bountiful buffet with an array of delightful French delicacies to enjoy with wines from the Voil?! special Coups de Coeur promotion.
Chef Jeremy discovered his love for food as a young boy, learning the “cuisine de grandmere”, the cuisine of his grandmother before going to work in prestigious 2 and 3 Michelin-star restaurants and to collaborations with renowned French chefs, Eric Frechon, Daniel Boulud and Olivier Samson.
At Voila! he will serve a variety of delicious, time-honoured dishes cooked to perfection. Diners can savour the diverse tastes and aromas of France with classics.
Chef Jeremy’s exquisite cuisine can also be paired with a choice of French wines handpicked by the renowned wine critics Bettane & Desseauve. The labels from the Coups de Coeur selection will be offered by glass and include:

Voil?! is the hotel’s signature all day dining restaurant. Diners can experience the ‘Cuisines on Stage’ concept with delectable dishes prepared by passionate chefs at live cooking stations. The culinary journey includes French-style cuisine from an artisan La Cornue stove and a Parisian-style rotisserie. There’s also a bountiful buffet selection of Western dishes including pizza made to order and pulled hot from a wood fired oven, Asian temptations from Japan and China, regional spicy Thai favourites, freshly caught seafood delicacies, delicious desserts, and much more.
