Bangkok Bank Vientiane Branch Manager Phisit Charoenphan (center) and Deputy Branch Manager Chadaphorn Uratchat (left) welcomed a media delegation from Thailand and shared information on the Laos economy and Bangkok Bank’s business there. The delegation comprised executives of the Isara Institute, the Thai Press Development Foundation, and members of the 4th training class of Mass Communication Middle Executives. They visited the branch as part of a field trip to Laos’ capital, Vientiane, where Bangkok Bank opened a branch 20 years ago in 1993. Given Bangkok Bank’s long presence in Laos, its in-depth understanding of the country and its good relationships with both government and private organizations, the bank is able to respond to the needs of every group of customers with a complete range of products and services. The bank gives particular support to customers who want to take advantage of the upcoming ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and wish to expand their businesses into Laos, helping them as their financial partner and linking them with business networks.
