Volvo Group (Thailand) Company Limited, the sole assembler and distributor of Volvo Trucks in Thailand, recently organized FuelWatch Competition 2013 final round at Phuket to find the winner, Mr. Pipat Malipand, from KAF Import and Export Company Limited, who will be Volvo Trucks Thailand’s representative joining the Asia Pacific Round in Australia and he also gets 500,000 baht reward from his winnership.
FuelWatch Competition has been conducted in Thailand this year is the 4th consecutive year and this year four of the 81 participants passed to final round and the fuel consumption gap between the winner and the 4th place was only 6% compared to 30% in the first year when the 24 qualifiers pass to the final round resulting the quality of Volvo drivers have been improved.
