In its pursuit to create memorable experiences, we have designed a unique evening of trial and exploration of exceptional wines from Geoff Merrill in a relaxed and fashionable atmosphere.
Enjoy various Geoff Merrill fine wines as they combine irresistibly with a specially created four-course menu of sublime international delicacies. The delectable journey will begin with five of the Director of Culinary & Service, Andreas Schimanski’s savory appetizers at Pre-Dinner Cocktails followed by Lobster Mango Salad and Duo of Quail, then tasty main course that is certain to satisfy lamb lovers. The final course will be home-made Chocolate Raspberry Gateaux, to finish the unforgettable evening. Each course is carefully paired with a wine selected from the award-winning vineyards. Our award-winning Sommelier, Thawath Sarakong, will also be on hand to walk diners through this one-of-a-kind dinner experience in a cozy & jazzy atmosphere, in the ultimate place to be and to be seen.
