Bangkok--23 Jul--AirAsia
AirAsia announces its readiness to move the airline’s operations in Medan from the current Polonia International Airport (MES) to Kualanamu International Airport (KNO) by 25 July 2013. All existing flights from/to Medan will retain their original schedule and will operate as normal.
In order to help guests navigate through the new airport, AirAsia will distribute guidebooks containing comprehensive information about Kualanamu International Airport from 25 July to 27 July 2013. Guests are also able to access the digital version of the guidebook at http://www.airasia.com/id/en/welcome-to-kualanamu.page
Dharmadi, President Director of AirAsia Indonesia said the shift to Kualanamu Airport would provide improved services to AirAsia's guests.
“The world-class, state-of-the-art Kualanamu International Airport is equipped with sophisticated technologies as well as modern amenities designed to provide enhanced services to air transport users, especially AirAsia’s guests.”
Dharmadi added, “We are ready and looking forward to serving our guests from the brand new Kualanamu International Airport.
