Jim Thompson invites everyone and every mother to celebrate National Mother’s Day with “Eat like Mum” — an exclusive set menu full of delicacies in “Absolute Thai Thompson Style”. Start thrilling your tongue with appetizers which include Stuffed Jasmine-shaped dumplings with Fish, Fried Marinated Chicken Thigh, Winged bean in spicy coconut sauce salad, and Bite-Size Grilled Snapper Wrapped with Wild Betel Bush Leaf. Next, Thai Spicy Mixed Vegetable Soup with Prawns - a healthy soup with fresh prawns and sweet vegetables will be served. After that, feel all the exotic tastes of main dishes namely Steamed Snapper with Kaffir Lime Sauce that offer full aromatic scent of Thai herbs, Hot Shrimp Paste Sauce with Crispy Dried Fish and Fresh Vegetable that combines sweetness, sourness and saltiness of Thai gastronomy altogether in one dish and Stir-fried Cowslip Creeper in Black Pepper Sauce that give the sense of hot and spicy throughout every single element in the dish. To complete the course, the main dishes will be served with rice.
