Chef Rosario, an Italian citizen, is fluent in Italian, French, and English. He was previously worked at Four Seasons Hotel, Riyadh in Saudi Arabia where he served as the Chef Manager, leading the whole kitchen brigade. He has had more than 30 years experience in Italian cuisine where his culinary has taken him across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas and Middle East.
