Bangkok--Dec 14--THAI Thai Airways International Public Company Limited s Executive Vice President for Customer Services, Mr. Bhisit Kuslasayanon, announced the number of survivors from the accident of flight TG261/11 December at 04.00 hours on 13 December 1998at 45 people, who are presently hospitalized at various local hospitals in Surat Thani. Among these people, there are 33 Thai people, 3 Germans, 1 Englishman, 3 Australians, 3 Japanese, and 2 Israelis. Thai Airways International reassured the public and relatives of thoseinjured that the airline would ensure that all injured passengers receive medical attention and are doing their utmost to assist passengers relatives in every way possible. On 13 December 1998, THAI will transport additional remains of those wholost their lives in the accident from Surat Thani to Bangkok Airport, onboard flight TG254 and TG262, the flights to arrive in Bangkok at 13.40hours and 20.50 hours, accordingly.
