Bisnews AFE (Thailand) Ltd. (“Bisnews”) and Aspen Research Group Limited (“Aspen”) are pleased to announce that they have settled Bisnews’ lawsuit in New York federal court by mutually dropping their claims (Bisnews) and counterclaims (Aspen), and issuing worldwide releases covering Bisnews, Aspen, InfoQuest Limited and ThaiQuest Limited, as well as these companies’ personnel, to the extent of any disputes relating to APEX software and Bisnews’ distribution contract for APEX, which expired according to its terms on June 30, 2013. Aspen is free to distribute its version of APEX, namely,ASPEN FOR WINDOWS software, in Thailand by any means.
