CPN strengthens image as Thailand’s fashion capital, bringing over 30 denim brands with discounts and privileges
Denimology Exhibition featuring 15 leading denim brands to be held at CentralWorld
Central Pattana Plc. (CPN) is strengthening its image as Thailand’s biggest center for fashion by collaborating with more than 30 leading fashion brands to hold the Denimology campaign with a budget of over 15 million baht. The campaign, held from 1-31 August 2013, is aimed at boosting sales and attracting denim fans. Discounts of up to 30% on special products and new collections are being offered at CentralWorld and all CentralPlaza and CentralFestival department stores nationwide. Under the campaign, an exhibition is also being organized to provide information about the history of denim and introduce denim innovations. Celebrities and stars joined a fashion show at the opening ceremony.

Denim is iconic fashion that is forever popular. The Denimology campaign is being held to present the latest denim trends. We have teamed up with 30 leading fashion brands to offer discounts of up to 30% off for fashionistas to enjoy. They will also enjoy fashion experiences from events held under the campaign. We expect sales of fashion brands will increase at least 10-15% during the campaign.
The campaign includes the Denimology Exhibition, held to provide knowledge of denim clothes and present denim innovations. The exhibition, held at CentralWorld, 1st Floor from 29 July to 5 August 2013, features 15 leading fashion brands, such as ESP, FOX, GAP, Lyn Around, Levi’s, Next to Normal, Topshop/Topman, Wrangler, The Adjective, Lee, Pull & Bear, 5 cm, Izzue, PRONTO, Bershka, and Stradivarius. At the exhibition, PRONTO launches the Tribute to King of Thailand collection; Levi’s presents the history of Levi’s 501; GAP presents its new brand concept “Back to Blue”; and The Adjective introduces an imported product for cleaning jeans without washing. Denim workshop sessions with celebrities are also held.
This campaign features more than 30 brands which offer discounts of up to 30%, including Royal Ivy Regata, CPS CHAPS, ESP, FOX, GAP, Giordano, GUESS, Lyn Around, XXI Forever, VonDutch, Blue Corner, Esprit, Levi’s, Next to Normal, Topshop/Topman, Wrangler, The Adjective, Lee, Pull & Bear, 5 cm, Izzue, Charles & Keith, Uniqlo, PRONTO, Bershka, Stradivarius, Puppet, Mothercare, Mother & Child, OVQ, Mini Perry, and Le Petitpumm. Each brand presents its denim innovations. For example, UNIQLO is debuting its Ultra Strength Jeans collection offering high flexibility. Izzue and Wrangler are also collaborating to launch a special denim collection.
In addition to discounts of up to 30%, other special promotions are also available, including a giveaway denim scarf by The Adjective plus, only on Saturdays and Sundays, a Levi’s gift set worth 1,290 baht, with every purchase of 3,500 baht (at selective branches).
On the first four days (1-4 August 2013), a pair of Wrangler jeans worth 1,690 baht is being given to customers with every purchase of 5,000 baht (at selected branches). Furthermore, customers with purchase of 1,000 baht have a chance to attend a workshop session on a denim mobile phone case worth 299 baht without charges (up to 50 persons per day) and get a special discount for PINN Shop’s latest imported sewing machine Remaking Jeans, in the Eden Zone, 1st Floor, CentralWorld.
