Brazilian ambassador Paulo Cesar Meira De Vasconcellos (centre), recently presided over the opening ceremony of Brazilian Food Festival 2013 at the Sky Bar of Zico’s restaurant in Pattaya. The event was hosted by Robert John Lohrmann (3rd left), general manager of Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, Pattaya in cooperation with the Brazilian embassy to promote Brazilian food in the city.
