Recently at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Mr. Teeranun Srihong, second right, President of KASIKORNBANK, Mr. Montri Sornphaisarn, second left, Chief Executive Officer of Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) Pcl., and Mr. Anant Kanjanapas, middle Chairman of Bangkok Land, owner of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., held a press conference on an appointment of KASIKORNBANK and Maybank Kim Eng Securities as financial advisors and underwriters for IMPACT Growth Real Estate Investment Trust worth 20 billion Baht. This is the first offering of real estate investment trust (REIT) in Thailand.
