SEC Secretary-General Vorapol Socatiyanurak, the Thai Investors Association (TIA) Chairman Mongkol Leelatham (left) and the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA) Vice Chairman Prateep Tangmatitham (right) co-announced the 2013 Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGM) Assessment of Thai listed companies with high average score at 91.04 from the total 100. Most companies obtained higher scores than last year reflecting continual improvement of corporate governance in the Thai capital market, at the SEC Office on August 15, 2013.
