State Agencies to sign knowledge management cooperation agreement with Private Organizations and Educational Instutions to empowering people with disabilities, to look at their needs and also to make sure that disabled people can make use of their technology properly. The conference was held at Vibhavadee Ballroom B, Centara Grand at Central Ladprao.
