Her Royal Highness Princess Ubol Ratana presided over the opening ceremony of 12th International Conference on Mental Health and the 4th World Congress of Asian psychiatry. Director- general of the department of mental health, Dr. wachira Pengchan extended a warm welcome to her, as she undertaked a visit to Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok.
The event was jointly organized by Department of Mental Health Ministry of Public Health and Asian federation of Psychiatric Association (AFTA). The conference was under the topic of “Asian Collaboration for the betterment of Mental Health.
