Prepared in a variety of mouthwatering cold cuts, come and sink your teeth into the free range, acorn fed 100% pure Iberico Pork of Juan Pedro Domecq ranch, which uses only the highest quality meat in a demanding selection process with a limited production of only 3,000 pigs.
The hams are cured naturally in special cellars for an average of 39 months, with an onsite Master Ham-maker judging the curing progress of each and every piece individually day by day.
Sink your teeth into exquisite Neckloin de Bellota), Salchichon de Bellota, Chorizo de Bellota — all of them cured for 4 months — as well as Shoulder de Bellota (cured for 24 months) and Jamon de Bellota, (cured for 42 months). These are only a few of the irresistible cold cuts made from this one-of-a-kind and sought after meat.
Guests will also find several hot main course dishes prepared perfectly, such as roasted Iberico Pork Chop with Maquis flavors; braised Iberico Pork Cheek Stew, a traditional Spanish delight; and Grilled Iberico Pluma with Choron sauce.
