TripAdvisor’s Thai-language Management Centre features free products and services to help hotel, restaurant and attraction owners manage their businesses’ online reputation
TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site*, today announced the launch of a new Thai-language Management Centre for hospitality business owners. According to the recent TripBarometer study, 93 percent of people booking travel are influenced by online reviews — TripAdvisor’s new Management Centre enables business owners to monitor and manage their online reputation with a suite of free marketing tools and services.
The Management Centre (http://th.tripadvisor.com/Owners) features a dashboard providing owners with a snapshot of their property’s performance on TripAdvisor, including the number of reviews they have, their current ranking and rating as well as top comments from reviewers. Once an owner has registered for their property in the Management Centre, they are able to sign up for notification emails, to make sure they always know when a guest or customer has posted a new review. They can also respond to these reviews using the Management Response tool.

Management Centre highlights — all free:
Snapshot dashboard — a dashboard providing owners with a snapshot of their property’s performance on TripAdvisor, including the number of reviews they have, their current ranking and rating as well as top comments from reviewers.
Review notification emails — owners can sign up for notification emails to make sure they always know when a guest or customer has posted a new review for their property.
Management Response tool — owners can write a Management Response to any review posted for a property on TripAdvisor. These appear directly beneath the review, enabling travellers to consider both the review and the response from management when researching properties on the site.
Upload photos and property details — once registered, owners can upload photos for their property and add more details such as amenities on offer and property specific information
Review Express — TripAdvisor offers a number of free ways to collect more reviews from guests and customers with Review Express being the latest service. Review Express enables owners to upload previous guest or customer email addresses and send them a customisable email thanking them for their patronage and inviting them to write a review. The emails include a link direct to the property’s ‘Write a Review’ page on TripAdvisor.
Widgets & badges — in the Management Centre, owners can access an array of widgets and badges which they can add to their own websites enabling them to share their TripAdvisor reviews, collect more reviews or showcase their TripAdvisor awards and accolades, such as a Certificate of Excellence.
A more comprehensive version of the Snapshot dashboard is availableexclusively to all accommodations withBusiness Listings subscriptions. This version offers in-depth insights that can be used to develop more effective business strategies, such as traffic sources, performance analysis and visitor and competitor trends.
TripAdvisor Business Listings enables individual hotels to increase their property’s exposure in front of TripAdvisor’s more than 260 million unique monthly visitors** by adding their direct contact information—such as a website link, email address and phone number—to their property pages on the site, and also by adding special offers on high-visibility pages.
To access the Management Centre, business owners should visit http://th.tripadvisor.com/Owners where they can register for their property. This is a simple and free process. Once registered, owners can also complete a quick verification process, which can be done via Facebook login, by providing a verification document or simply using credit card details (credit cards are used for identification purposes only and will not be charged).
