Bangkok--29 Aug--Bangkok Bank
Customers of Bangkok Bank can now make deposits, withdrawals or transfers from their savings accounts without needing to fill in forms. The new service is available at all branches nationwide.
Bangkok Bank Director and Executive Vice President Dr. Thaweelap Rittapirom said the bank has added the no slip deposit-withdrawal and transfer service as a new option to provide more convenience to customers nationwide.
To process deposits and transfer transactions under the no slip option, customers just need to go to the bank counter with their passbook, or give the name and number of the bank account to the teller. For withdrawals, the customer only needs to present his/her passbook to the counter, inform the teller of the withdrawal amount, and present an ID document, if it is an inter-branch withdrawal. The bank teller will process the transaction and provide a printed slip for the customer’s signature. This new service means customers will not have to spend time filling out forms as used to be the case.
Dr. Thaweelap added that the bank has a full range of self-service channels which are available 24/7. These include: iBualuang iBanking, where customers can manage their financial transactions online using computers, tablets, or mobile devices; the Bualuang Phone service where customers can make transactions by calling 1333; and Bualuang Express, with 8,000 ATMs nationwide, plus cash deposit machines (CDM), express drop boxes (EDB)and passbook update machines.
The Bank will continue to develop a variety of services and convenient channels to meet the needs of customers and ensure they will be able to process financial transactions safely and comfortably anywhere, anytime.
