Mitsubishi Motors Thailand introduced the new design of Mitsubishi Lancer EX under concept of "Refined Sport Soul”. The model comes with the new chrome decoration set and new cabin design but still offer high technology performance and full safety package. The model will come in 3 models and 6 colors with attractive price starting at 799,000 baht and will be available at Mitsubishi affiliates nationwide from now.
Mr. Nobuyuki Murahashi, President of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Ltd.(MMTH) said that Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has introduced the Mitsubishi Lancer EX MY2013 which is developed under “Refined Sport Soul”- the spiritual sport concept and comes with sporty exterior style and full features for the unique personality of the owner.
The Mitsubishi Lancer EX MY2013 offers fascinating exterior from chrome belt line molding, bi-xenon headlamps and Adaptive Front-Lighting System (AFS) as standard equipment in 1.8 GLS Ltd. and 2.0 GT. while the interior decoration comes with luxury Gloss black style for GT and GLS Ltd. and the Dark Silver style for GLX. All models come with leather decoration in front door trims which perfectly matches the black sporty leather seat.
The new model offers outstanding innovative features that provides the intelligent function to assure the digital-equipped living of customers especially Keyless Operation System (KOS) that gives the ability to lock and unlock the doors, open the trunk and even start the engine, all without taking out a key and it’s available from GLS Ltd.
Mitsubishi Lancer EX comes with comfort and utility devices by installing innovative equipment such as the Hi-contrast meter which provides a useful readout of vehicle, twin type LCD digital display, one touch operate power window with safety system, electrically controlled and foldable door mirrors and welcome light system together with coming home light system.
The Mitsubishi Lancer EX-GLS Ltd. and GT come with multi-function steering wheel which built audio control and cruise control. The GT model comes with the paddle shift which can all be accessed without taking your eyes from the road. Besides, the entertainment system in the Mitsubishi Lancer EX GT. model provides completely entertainment system; DVD, VCD, MP3, 7-inch LCD touch screen, iPod/USB accessory, Bluetooth and navigator system. Additional, the Mitsubishi Lancer EX GLX and GLS Ltd. model provide 2 Din amplifier system which supports radio, CD, MP3 and USB device.
The Mitsubishi Lancer EX equipped fully safety instruments, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) gives you the ability to maneuver safely around obstacles, Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) assists by applying additional force to the rear brakes as needed and Brake Assist (BA) assists to stop the speed at which the brake pedal is pressed while the dual SRS airbag system assists to protect both driver and passenger. The driver’s and front passenger’s seatbelts are available with pretensions that reel in to secure the occupant in the initial moments of a crash, and force-limiters that gently release the occupant to reduce the risk of injury. Full with safety and security equipment, anti-theft security immobilizer and Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) are also provided in the New Mitsubishi Lancer EX.
Powered by 1.8 liter engine for the Flexible Fuel Vehicle (FFV) ,the Mitsubishi Lancer EX offers 139 PS at 6,000 rpm. and 2.0 liter DOHC MIVEC engine mated to INVECS-III 6 speed automatic with sport mode offers 154 PS at 6,000 rpm. that delivers responsive power transmission while returning excellent fuel economy. Especially for the 1.8-liter engine which run on all type of gasoline up to gasohol E85 and the 2.0-liter engine that is compatible up to gasohol E20.
