Mr. Dieter Greigeritsch, Director of Food and Beverage
Dieter has been working at the Hotel Windsor, Melbourne and JW Marriott Group where he serves as Director of Food & Beverage, responsible for the whole F&B operation and developed a comprehensive understanding of Melbourne and International markets, across brands quality assurance and cultural expectation. His professional background spans across the world including Europe, South East Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. His strong experience in managing food and beverage operations for large-scale, leadership ability, drive business development and strategic growth in a competitive environment, very good understanding of Hotel and F&B finance, F&B concept development and implementation, complemented by over ten years’ international experience as an Executive Chef. He will greatly contribute toward the continued success of the hotel.
