Recently at KASIKORNBANK Phahon Yothin Main Branch, Mr. Vasin Vanichvoranun, far left, KASIKORNBANK Executive Vice President, Mr. Harald Link, third right, Chairman of B. Grimm and Executive Chairman of Amata B. Grimm Power Group, and Mrs. Preeyanart Soontornwata, third left, President of B. Grimm Power Group, signed a 10-billion-Baht financial agreement to provide loans to Amata B. Grimm Power 4 Co., Ltd. and Amata B. Grimm Power 5 Co., Ltd. The proceeds will be used to finance power plant construction under the small power producer (SPP) program with a total capacity of 260 megawatts in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi. KBank has been mandated the lead arranger and appointed financial advisor for the syndicated loan.
