Dusit Thani Pattaya has every reason to celebrate its F&B staff and creative flower designers after they brought home eight wins from the recently concluded Pattaya Bartender Contest 2013 held at the Napalai Convention. The event, themed Look Toong Hi-So (Folk Music for the High Society) featured various categories including ice carving, table set ups for high tea and wedding dinner table as well as bouquet, cake, cocktail & canap?/fruit carving for weddings. Contestants from the participating hotels presented their work at the nearby Central Festival Shopping Complex while the bartending category for both Classic and Flair was held on Wednesday night, 28 August. General manager Khun Chatchawal Supachayanont expressed appreciation for all the effort that the winners have put forth in their respective presentations and congratulated them on their victories while encouraging them to continue doing what their hearts desire in their chosen profession. The annual event, put together by Pattaya City Hall, Thai Hotels Association Eastern Chapter and the F&B Association is one of the most anticipated competitions in Pattaya in which F&B staff from every contending hotel is given the opportunity to be in their element as they compete and showcase their respective talents in their field of profession.
