Bangkok Bank in association with AP (Thailand) offers a special 2-year zero-percent interest rate for Bualuang Home Loan customers who buy a house from 13 AP Group projects in Bangkok during the “Live More Home” event, to be hosted by AP Group on the ground floor of Central Plaza Ladprao from 19-25 September, 2013. Customers will be offered an interest rate of zero percent per annum during the first two years of their loans up to Bt 3 million and will pay an interest rate of MLR-1.1% (current MLR is 7.0%) after that period. Customers taking out a Bualuang Home Loan mortgage will receive special gifts that include microwave ovens, air purifiers, 32-inch LCD TVs and Hallmark silk bedding sets, depending on Bangkok Bank’s terms and conditions.
