Mr. Sorawong Thienthong, Deputy Minister of Public Health presided over the opening ceremony of “The 4th Rabies in Asia Conference: RIACON 2013” at Chatrium Ballroom, Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok. The event was jointly organized by Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, Rabies in Asia Foundation and World Health Organization (WHO) well attended by the delegates from 10 countries in Asia including Myanmar, Lao and Cambodia.
