IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Fang Roonjai as Group Japanese Restaurant Manager to operate and manage their two new Japanese restaurants outside of Muang Thong Thani. The two restaurants named Ito-Kacho and Hokkaido Tsubohachi are a franchise agreement between IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. and its Japanese partner Tsubohachi Group will have the grand opening on 24th October, 2013 at Nihonmurah Mall, Soi Thonglor 13.
Mr. Fang Roonjai has been involved in the restaurant industry for over 20 years with the Minor Group.He pioneered four branches of Pizza Hut, was Operations Manager of Au Bon Pain, and operational planner ofPepper Lunch, True Coffee and Marugame Seimen restaurant.
