Every year Thailand celebrates the “Vegetarian Festival” a tradition that has its origins in Chinese Taoist practices and is primarily celebrated in Phuket, it has however become a welcome spiritual festival throughout the country that embraces purity as the central motif. Saffron pays tribute to this festivity by offering a small and very healthy special a-la-carte menu featuring only vegetarian dishes. Available only during 5-13 October.
