Organic Grey Sea Salt from Noirmoutier is known as “fleur de sel” (flower of salt) and undergoes no treatment after harvesting. Neither washed, nor refined, it keeps its essential pure nutrients, which are vital to the human body. Salt farmers follow strict harvesting rules as prescribed in the ABF specifications (Agriculture Biologique Francaise - French Organic Farming), making it very exclusive and pricy.
