Wine connoisseurs and fans of fine dining will be happy to learn of Millennium Hilton Bangkok’s latest food event which combines a renowned wine label with fine food, along with highly place individuals behind both.
Patrice Marchand, 6th generation cheese master in France and Florent Mougin, Baron Edmond de Rothschild brand ambassador, will be presenting for the first time in South East Asia a unique wine dinner coming from Rothschild farm and vineyards. Florent will present and talk about the vineyards and Baron de Rothschild brand's French lifestyle, while Patrice will describe the art of bringing unpasteurized cheeses to their optimum expression. They will then guide you through the food-cheese and wine association, making that evening a UNIQUE experience.
The five-course menu, which will include a cheese platter, features beautifully designed dishes paired with delectable wines. Priced at THB 3,500++, the event includes pre-dinner cocktails with champagne tasting in the lounge area.
Prime Steak House is located on the Third Floor of the Millennium Hilton, Bangkok. It is open every evening from 6:00 p.m. until 11.00 p.m.
