CapitaLand’s wholly-owned serviced residence business unit, The Ascott Limited (Ascott), has extended its footprint toThailand’s Eastern Seaboard economic region. It has won a contract to manage a 133-unit serviced residence in Sri Racha district, Chonburi province. Scheduled to open in 2014, the new CitadinesGrandCentral Sri Racha will enhanceAscott’spole position as the largest international serviced residence owner-operator in Thailand with over 1,800 apartment units across 10properties.
