He has put together a 5-course menu each of them paired with a different wine from the house of Collavini from Corno Di Rosazzo, Collio Del Friuli Region, North East of Italy. Priced just only at THB 2,499++ per person (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT).

Chef Alberto is passionate about life, about love, about motorcycles and especially about food. He tried to make people happy with his food as his motto is ‘if you want to make it really good, do it with passion’.
Chef Alberto is an Italian national. He started his career in various kitchen positions in Europe, Australia and South-East Asia. With more than 40 years of experience in cooking, plus knowledge and skills in related area such as wines, he has always been able to upgrade standards of his menus.
