Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) recently placed in the top three in four categories in the Business Traveller’s Asia-Pacific Travel Awards 2013 — placing third in these categories - Best Airline, Best Asia-Pacific Airline, Best Economy Class, and Best Frequent Flyer Program.
Dr. Sorajak Kasemsuvan, THAI President, said that THAI has always placed great importance on onboard products and services as well as safety. The accolades are a testament to THAI’s premium services at each point of customer service, and meeting THAI’s goal to be a top three airline.
As the national carrier of the Kingdom, THAI is most proud and honored to have been recognized by the readers of Business Traveller and passengers through the Asia-Pacific Travel Awards 2013. The awards are a high accolade to travel businesses and hospitality service providers, and are based on ballots returned from the yearly Reader Poll conducted and interpreted by an independent global market company.
