The Batasiolo Wine Dinner Experience is back by popular demand! After having organized two successful wine dinner events in a row, the third episode will introduce new scrumptious menus, while promises to deliver the true, authentic taste of Italy. The up-coming gastronomic evening is highly recommended for all lobster and lamb lovers.
At only Bht. 1,950.00++ per person, the Batasiolo Wine Dinner Experience Episode III will be available only on Tuesday, November 5th, at 6:30 p.m. Diners, who reserve a table on this special evening, will be treated to a six-course, set dinner created by our gifted Chef Filippo Pagani. The delectable journey will begin with two flavorful appetizers, followed by three tasty main courses, including Tonnarelli Pasta with Foie Gras & Truffle; Lobster Thermidor and Grilled Marinated Leg of Lamb in Hay & Wine, served with rich gravy, one of many Signor Sassi’s signature dishes. The final course to the unforgettable evening will be a Home-made, Italian Seven-Layer Chocolate Cake, our newest dessert. Each course is carefully paired with a wine selected from the award-winning vineyards of Beni di Bastasiolo. Our sommelier will also be on hand to walk diners through this one-of-a-kind dinner experience in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, 37 stories above the city of Bangkok.
