Bangkok--29 Oct--Dusit Thani Bangkok Petch Chinabutr (3rd from right) - President of The National Food Institute (NFI) that is an independent organization under the Ministry of Industry organized “Eat Safe Eat Smart” project to develop the standard for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in Mass Catering Requirement with Pongtheb Jaruampornparn (3rd from left) - Inspector of Ministry of Industry as presided over the event and the presentation of certificate to all participants. Chef Glenn Eastman (2nd from left) — Executive Chef of Dusit Thani Bangkok and Anan Pakawirutikul (2nd from right) - Executive Sous Chef of Dusit Princess Srinakarin, who were the representatives, received the certificate.
