The Mayflower, Bangkok’s premier Chinese restaurant, is delighted to reveal details of its new Dim Sum menu. The new Contemporary Collection, which is available from today, has been carefully crafted by the talented Cantonese chefs of Dusit Thani Bangkok.
Dim Sum prices start from THB 125++ per item such as Steamed Snow Fish with Miso Sauce, Steamed Abalone Wonton served with either traditional dipping sauce or topped with Flying Fish, Caviar and Pumpkin Sauce, Liquid-centred Custard-filled Bun with Salted Egg — served steamed or fried to the diner’s choice, Steamed Minced Shrimp Roll Wrapped in Nori topped with Ikura and many more.
