The World & Ginger restaurants, Centara Grand at CentralWorld are inaugurating its weekly Surf & Turf dinner buffet on Wednesdays by offering one whole baked Phuket Lobster with pasta per guest, along with a free flow of chardonnay, for just Baht 1,955 ++ per person.
Also on the buffet table will be a range of other fresh seafood and a selection of grilled meats, smoked salmon cheese cake, smoked mackerel potato salad, shellfish ceviche, lamb navarin, seared pork chop with onion confit and chipotle jus, grilled sword fish with saffron tomato nage, Australian beef tenderloin medallions, pork skewers, lamb sirloin, Wagyu tri tip, whole roasted cod fish with assorted sauces, lobster sushi, Wagyu Tataki with ginger garlic dressing and much more. Add to your dinner with the wide selection from the international buffet, including seafood, soup, salad, teppanyaki, sushi, dim sum, and a dessert station.
The Surf & Turf themed buffet will be held every Wednesday evening throughout November and December, with the exception of Christmas Day.
